This is a lovely old porcelain figurine from a German maker called Wagner & Apel of Germany. The hand painted detail is incredible. The modeling of the porcelain is perfect. Each detail right down to the cigarette he is holding between his upper fingers is perfect. It is in excellent condition and dates from 1935-1949. It stands 5 1/8" tall. It is marked with the crown over the WA with Bertram under that. Also Germany.
