Beautiful Art-Nouveau style handmade brooch or pin of a woman's face, hand painted and with rhinestones glued to the hat and curled designs in the necklace area. It measures 1 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches and is in excellent condition (see other views). It has no manufacturers markings that I could find, and a regular pin attachment glued to the back.
