This is a watch fob and strap for Clark Road Machinery Inc. of Lionville, Pennsylvania and Deptford, New Jersey. The fob has a picture of a large crane with 720CM on the side. It measures 1-7/8 inches square and seems to be made of brass. It comes with a leather strap.
