This is a vintage SAKS FIFTH AVENUE hat. It has the original tag on it. The hat is 1960's mod style or newsboy style. I do not know what the hat is made of but it feels like a silk blend. It is lined with cream colored silk. The hat has a small brim with a bow over it. The hat measures about 20 inches around the inside band.
