Here is one for you Disney collectors as well as cookie jar collectors. This is a ceramic Mickey Mouse leaning on a drum. It is marked @Walt Disney Productions 864 on the bottom orange ring. It is in near mint to mint condition. No chips, cracks, crazing. The top rim has a couple tiny spots where the paint rubbed off but that is not a problem and does not lower the value. He is 11.75 in. high and 9 in. wide. My collector book from 2001 has this valued at $400. I will not discount the price so please don't even ask me to do that. This is a very rare item and worth more than it was 17 yrs. ago. Manufactured by California Originals for Walt Disney. Circa Unknown. |
