The waist stretches from 30 inches to 40 inches.This outfit is put together using Crochet Blanket Stitches and edged with Crochet Lace trim of matching thread. It was made in the Phillipines, and possibly Custom made as only the fabric content(61% cotton, 39% Polyester, and where its made is on the label.Sounds like a Custom Shop over there.This is a time consuming,
really intricately detailed outfit.
