Also known as Prayer Mat or Prayer Rug, this attractive pattern was produced by Adams & Co. circa 1881.
A beautifully designed cake stand, this piece features the Horseshoe and prayer rug motifs with laurel sprays and beading around the plate as well as the bottom of the foot.
This lovely cake stand measures 9" wide, 6 3/4" high and is free of any chips, cracks, nicks or discolorations. There are a few surface scratches or utensil marks, not really noticeable unless you are looking for them.
