Etched Cranberry Flashed Glass Candy Dish Compote dish in excellent condition with a lovely etched flower design on the bottom and etched balls around the cover. It has a pretty, tall, clear knob on the top. It sits on a nice clear base and is 8 1/2 inches high and 4 inches wide in a beautifully tapered shape. I have seen similar versions in this style, but not the etching flower leaf design and the etching on the lid are different. Maker unknown item unmarked. Lovely piece with the cranberry etched flashed glass. Excellent condition. No Chips No Cracks No clouding. Does have air bubble on the clear foot base from the making. |
