Vermont Copper Crafters Tea Pot Tea Kettle Townsend Vermont. Circa 1948 to 1958. Beautifully hand hammered. Marked on bottom CCV Vermont Hand Hammered 803.
Height with handle straight up 6 1/2 inch; Height to to pot lid knob 4 inch; Length across spout to side at top 7 inch; Length across top center 4 inch; Length across bottom center 6 inch.
Vermont Copper Crafters, Townsend Vermont, was founded in 1948 by Harry and Leonore McIntosh.
The company's original name was Smith Craft Co., but was changed to Vermont Copper Crafters early 1948. The company ceased trading in 1951 during the copper shortage of the Korean War.

Over all good used condition. The spout has a turned down drip lip. The lid inside is dented etc, and not sure if made this way or dropped several times or what ever. Just as found a fantastic hand hammered copper item from Vermont.
