Antique Hurricane Blown Glass Lamp Ornate Cased Art Glass over white Shade, Amber Two Tone Base. Gorgeous Striations. Unknown Maker. Note: The watt bulb I used to photograph is just to bright for the beauty of this lamp, but was the only to reach for currently.
Note: I feel like the bottom globe should light, as I hear 3 clicks where I turn switch, but I am not sure how to get inside to change the bulb and I don't like breaking things. I will leave this to the wise owl that knows, If made to light or not and how to change bulb.
The top shade has a scalloped top rim and is a golden yellow with white swirl striations cased over solid white inside. Brass finish metal with the bottom center glass being amber to white swirl striations blown glass. Has the fancy key style turn switch. I cannot locate another example like this lamp on the market and so ornate and unmarked. Best guess circa 1920s.
Overall Height to shade 19 3/4 inches Height to chimney 22 inches.
