One farm on elk creek joining the lands of Barney Conney's containing two hundred and twenty six acres having thereon one dwelling house of logs 18 x 18 feet, one kitchen, one out house of logs valued at $1,350, a tract on the waters of elk creek joining the lands of William Stone containing one hundred and thirty acres having thereon one cabin valued at $176, a tract on the waters of elk creek joining the lands of James Sage containing one hundred acres more or less unimproved valued at $40
