New Martinsville etched candlesticks
Fabulous two light candlesticks or candleholder. This is the New Martinsville Teardrop PRELUDE etched pattern, a contemporary of the Radiance Line. The arms are really beautiful and the high quality of glass makes them very stunning.....and better looking and even nicer than what the photographs capture. It could be a match for Meadow Wreath or other candleholders that used the teardop pattern or an extremely close relative. Dates from the 20's-40's.
It measures 5 inches tall with a base diameter of just under 6 inches...the arms are slightly broader. This is well designed and very stable. It is in wonderful condition without cracks, but on the lower arm it has a small flea nick. This can be smoothed out with sandpaper. We do not retouch any items.
