Vintage 1960/1970 era brass finished car bank with 1902 license plate.

Very good condition.

Wheels turn. Metal bottom with original screws. Please note that
although there is a key slot (can't see where it is more than a decorative
slot) there is no key. If this is used as a coin bank one would
open it via the screws?
