This vintage Rosenthal porcelain figurine, with its pair of cute grey and white cats (or kittens?) that are joyfully entwined, was designed by Rols. Schmitt. His name is impressed on the underside of the base and beneath the green underglazed Rosenthal mark is written "Kunstabteilung Factory Selb, Handgemalt". This mark was used from 1935-1956. Condition is excellent. This is a hard to find and very cute figurine! Length: 8 ¾". |
