Matted and ready to pop into a standard frame: This interesting 5" x 7" photo print is from an original photo c.1920 depicting Interior view of Hodges and Dotts Garage, located at 306 North Los Angeles Street (later Anaheim Blvd.); first automotive garage built in Anaheim; image shows Warren Hodges on left and Frank Dotts to the right, standing in their garage with several cars, identified left to right as a 1920 Essex 4 (owned by Dotts); Essex 4 (owned by Hodges); 1918 Buick 4 Roadster; Chevrolet Baby Grand; written on tire is "I'm the guy you think you are" (which reportedly tormented police; they'd follow the car, trying to find a violation).
We have other vintage images from California on this site.
This wonderful reproduction of the original printed graphic is crisply printed on matte finish heavy photo paper. This piece includes a white acid-free matte and is ready to be popped into a standard 8" x 10" frame, which can be bought anywhere locally. Graphic area fits the 5" x 7" opening of the matte.
Image included here is low-quality for quick loading on the net with a watermark across, which will not be on your print.
Makes a terrific gift for the collector or an addition to your collection!
