Circa: 1930's Condition: Good++ Manufacturer: Herbrand Co. Fremont Ohio
This is a very nice, antique brace style speeder wrench with a 3/8" square socket drive at one end, and a free spinning crank handle at the other end. The brace wrench is 17" long overall. It is marked "HERBRAND FREEMONT O. U.S.A. J-17 VAN-CHROME" on the free spinning handle. The 3/8" has a good working sping ball to hold the socket in place. The swing is 6" total diameter. It has a good heavy duty solid steel handle that appears to ride on a good solid bushing, well attached. No rust, no damage, very little wear noted! |
