This vintage 3-section divided tray or dish has hand painted sprays of blue forget-me-not flowers on matte pastel mint green with curvy ruffled edges and an ornate center handle. It measures 9 inches square. There are no labels or maker's marks but it's a quality piece, not home ceramics. My guess is a 1930s - 1940s California ceramics studio. In excellent condition with no damage or paint loss.
