This lovely 1940s wooden tole tray with hand painted red roses and gold scrolls on black comes with a matching black painted wood folding table stand. The large tray measures 23-1/4 by 18-1/2 inches. The stand is 22-3/4 inches high to the top rim of the tray. The spread of the stand legs is 23-1/4 by 12-1/4 inches. The back of the tray has a foil label reading "Jerywil Hand Painted Products, New York City". The table and tray fit together perfectly and appear to be original to each other.

The tray has some random tiny specks of white paint spatter and a few scuffs and scratches, most notably near the center. There is some rub wear to the paint at the tray corners, but no chips or cracks. The stand has a few minor nicks to the edges of the legs. The woven canvas straps are intact and in good condition. The oval painted red and pink roses decoration is intact and in very good condition. There are small areas of wear or fading to the gold scroll trim.
