Still in its original box dated 1924, this set of individual copper dessert or food molds is from the famous Kreamer Company. The four tin-lined molds have embossed playing card suite symbols on top and are 2-3/4 inches diameter by a little over an inch deep.
The predominately red box has terrific old fashioned graphics and reads "Kreamer Bridge Set Moulds for Frozen Desserts - Gelatines - Fruit Jellies" and "Refrigerator Moulds, Solid Copper, Fancy Individual Desserts Stock No. 29". The patent number and 1924 date are on the underside. The box has small taped split on the upper flap at the edge of the cut-out raised dome and some graphics wear at one corner from removed tape. Otherwise it's in remarkably good condition for being nearly 100 years old. The cardboard divider insert on the inside that separates the molds is even present. I didn't want to damage the patina by cleaning them - as you can see two molds have dark spots from old price sticker glue.
