California Art Tile - Camels at an Oasis This tile panel measures 11-5/8 inches X 5-7/8 inches and 3/4 inch in thickness. The scene is of a couple of camels at what appears to be an oasis. Hand Painted Minton Tile - Woman Picking Roses Garden This is a wonderfully done 8 inch square tile done on a Minton Hollins blank. The tile is of a young lady in a rose garden holding a small basket of just picked roses. She is walking along a brick wall with ivy and rose bushes. Ahead of her there is what appears to be an older woman watching around the end of the wall. The tile is signed R.E. in the lower right corner, one chip about 1'8th of and inch at bottom, minor bites at other areas. Some scratches on surface. ( T1099H )

Set of 4 Chemla - Tunis Tiles This is a set of 4 Chemla - Tunis tiles.

Each tile measures 4 x 4 inches and are 1/2 inch in thickness. Each tile has the classic feature of the firing cones used to stack tiles in the kiln. The backs are all clearly marked Chemla - Tunis Made in Tunisia.

White Brick Terra Cotta Company - Advertising Piece This is an advertising piece for White Brick Terra Cotta Company of Clayton, Massachusetts, with offices at Offices at 156 5th Avenue NY, NY.

Piece measures 4-1/8th inch square and is 1 inch in thickness.

Art Pottery Figural Fountain Spout This fabulous and unusual figural fountain spout is done in the design of head of a seal or sea lion. It's done in a rich dark brown to black glaze. The squared base of the spout measures 5 3/4" square and is between 3/4" - 7/8" thick. The relief is extraordinary – 4" high.

Although unmarked, this was most certainly made by a high quality Arts & Crafts Movement pottery / tile company. The clay was hand worked on the interior to help create the opening for the water. The work is good enough to have come from the Mueller Mosaic Tile Company.

There are quite a few glaze flakes on the seal and the base. That said – it is still a wonderful example of a whimsical spout. What a great addition to your garden! (X1007)

9 Moravian Pottery Border Tiles 1920's 9 green Moravian Pottery border tiles circa 1920. They measure 6.25 inches in length x 1.5 inches in height x 1 inch in depth

Pair Antique Figural Architectural Terra Cotta Panels Fabulous and unusual pair of terra cotta panel - with nice high relief areas. Both measures 11 3/4" high x 6" wide by 1" thick. The right tile design is a pitcher with flowers coming out of the top - draped with cloth - books are propped up against the bottom left side of the pitcher. The pitcher has a great scene on it - a man sits in a chair, holding a paper or book in his right hand and a woman stands looking down at him. Two children are running around a tree (just to the upper right of the couple).

The left tile design is a lidded cornucopia - the lid has a birds head . The bottom of the cornucopia swirls back up into another birds head with a long beak.
Condition: The left tile has a large chip and crack on the left side (and part of a hairline from this on the back). It also has a top left edge chip. The right tile has a chip on the right edge 3/4 way down. Both have minor traces of mortar. These were obviously de-installed.

Unmarked - circa 1880-1900 - probably American. Truly classic designs. Outstanding if framed. (#T-1771)
