This is a German pen stand or pen tray. Bronze - finely molded male lion's head. The 4 paws of the lion encircle the card area, and there are two tail elements on the far sides. Measures 9 1/4" at its widest, by 6 3/4" deep, and sits about 1 1/2" high (at the top of the lion head). Impressed "real bronze geschutzt". Generally in very nice condition. (T1201B)
