This antique tile was made by J H Barratt & Company, in Stoke on Trent, England, in 1910. George Cartlidge was the "sculptor" of this photographic tile. This depicts Woodrow Wilson, the 28th President of the United States. The tile measures 9" x 6". It is mounted in a period wood frame, which measures approx. 12 1/2" x 9 1/2". The tile is in very nice condition. Normal age crazing is present, as are under glaze bubbles in the lower left part of the tile. (#T-2035)
