Manufacturer: Mckusick Pottery Globe arizona
A small dish with a Mud Head mask done by the McKusick's Gila Tile. Dish measures 6.5" x 6.5 inches and is .75" in height.
The back mark is Gila Tile, Hand Crafted Tucson, Arizona. I would date this piece to the late 1950's.
The dish is in very good condition.
