Advertisement Rolling Ball Pen for Heinz Pickles. Made by Sheaffer and comes with it's original box and refill. Clip of Pen is marked Sheaffer and the end of the Cap has a Heinz logo (3rd photo). Currently there is no insert in the Pen but there is an original refill with it. I checked the refill and it did make some marks but I cannot guarantee how long the refill will last (i.e. how dried up the ink is, if at all). Pen length with cap on is 5 1/2".
