Antique Bottle with Spout Cruet or Alter Cruet or Sick Call Cruet. I am not certain what this actually is, other than aforementioned. I cannot find another example like it. I am near positive this has a stopper. Marked 30 on bottom. Best guess circa 1800s. No chips no cracks. Just as found.

Height 3 1/2 inches.
Tip of spout to opposite edge 1 1/8 inches.
Bottom 1 1/4 inches across.
