Antique Miniature Corn on Cob Creamer marked Japan and modern Friend/Friendship Coin Token. I found this two together and thought I would pass along together.
Antique Corn on Cob Creamer
- no chips, no cracks, there are some soiled craze lines on the bottom and some flicks or paint misses on the rim.
Marked Japan in red on bottom. Harder to find item, best guess circa 1920s. Please note the size, handle and the green leaves differs from the creamers made in the 1950s and 1960s.
Height 1 7/8 inches;
Length across spout to handle 2 1/2 inches;
Token Coin reads: A friend loves at all times on one side and the opposite side reads, Friendship is the golden thread that ties our hearts together. Made of Pewter 1 1/8 inch diameter. Cathedral Art Co. has made these for quite some time now.
