Elegant antique cut crystal claret royal trophy pitcher. c:1908. Royal memorabilia. Elegant cut crystal continental claret trophy jug with silver engraved lid. Glows yellow under a black light. This pitcher apparently was given as a golf and/or tennis trophy; the lid reads: 'Mixed Foursomes Carlsbad July 23, 1908, Baroness Heine-Geldern and James D. Standish Jr'. It stands 11.5 tall. No chips or cracks, and just some very fine, small scratches as can be expected from an almost 100 year old piece of glass! The lid has 3 hallmarks on the underside, however, they are so tiny I cannot read them even with a magnifier; presumably sterling, but might be silver plate! A one of a kind item that you will never come across again! 1-04ddauccv;can'tlocate
