przmtz, Cam & Pete's Treasures,

This old copper saucepan - cooking pot measures 3 inches tall by 4 3/4 inches across at the rim. At one time it probable had another handle, you can see from the picture where the brads were and have been filled in. It has the Roman numerals "VI" stamped on the side. (not sure what they indicate) The cast iron handle is very secure and there is an old wire in the hole in the handle where someone use to hang it up. The handle is 8 1/4 inches long. It looks to me that the inside is tin lined. The piece shops wear and use with a few minor dings and scratches. I feel these add character to the piece. This would make a lovely adornment to any kitchen or dining environment.
