Great Expectations Antiques

Circa: 1920's-40's
Condition: Good++
Manufacturer: not marked
This is a quality made rasp like file that was most likely used for horse teeth. Sometimes also called a float. Others argue that this tool was used in horse dental teeth care. ? This one has a good solid newer handle, fitted great, nice looking, and is solid. The handle alone is 5" long, and the overall length of the rasp from end to end is 19.5". The metal is clean, no rust, and just a few tiny pits noted. A really nice antique tool!
