Circa: 1882 - 1891
Manufacturer: Royal Doulton
This gorgeous hand painted oval tray is a 19th century piece produced by Royal Doulton. The mark dates this piece to 1882-1891. The design features daffodils on a background of white with a tan border and trimmed in gold. The tan border has an onion skin like effect. There are initials on the back that I suspect may be the initials of the decorator of this piece. The tray measures 12 3/4" long and 10" wide.
In excellent condition with no chips, cracks or discolorations, there is slight wear to the gold edge trim.
