This is an antique or Victorian dark pink cameo brooch. The brooch is not marked. I believe the cameo is made of coral but do not know for certain. It has an old safety pin style C clasp. It measures 1-1/8 inches wide and 1-3/8 inches tall. The setting is gold tone filigree that does have an age patina. The brooch is in good condition but may need cleaning or polishing.
