An oval serving platter in the discontinued Victoria tempered opal glass dinnerware pattern, made in France by Arcopal. It has swirled scalloped rims decorated with pastel wild flowers and blue bands on ivory white. The platter measures 13-3/4 by 10-3/8 inches. It's in excellent condition with no damage.
