Minnesota's Attic

Circa: circa 1920
Type: porcelain
Manufacturer: unknown
Featured for your enjoyment is a very odd coffee warmer in deed. This uses a coil that hangs down into the pot to keep the coffee warm. Now I have been told these may have been give-a-ways or that they even came from Australia. I have never pinned down just who made them. They are a very thick porcelain. This one the top swivels to open yet remains attached at all times. The cord is plugged into the top just behind the lid. Some of the wire coils are loose in there and I have no cord so I do not know if it works. No cracks, chips or nicks. Stands 9 1/4" tall by 8 1/2" from spout to handle. It is formed to appear as a diamond shape with the very deco pattern on all 4 sides. Done in a very light yellow, not quite ivory. I have two more in different patterns.
