Has incised mark 'L T' near the bottom swivel arm, and number #2318 on upper backside. Louis Tiffany? Nice antique condition on this mirror; no chips or cracks, just some tiny freckles in the mirror. It is 11 wide x 8.5 tall. It is extremely heavy; the metal is likely cast brass or iron. It can also be hung since the bottom swivel support arm folds to the side.
