Barbie Rainbow Sparkle Doll Best Fashion Friend 28 inch 2013. She is so beautiful and her hair is soft and gorgeous. She is made of hard plastic with painted facial features. She is marked 2013 Mattel on the back of her neck. Her head is jointed and she is jointed at the shoulders, elbow and wrist. Her shoes are molded and painted on, they do not come off. Her outfit is in excellent condition.

Good used. She has a white spot on one arm see close up picture. Her hair could use some styling, over all so beautiful and can be styled in so many different ways.
