This is Uncle Walt from the Gasoline Alley comic strip of the 1920's. He is made of bisque and cold painted. His back is marked "Uncle Walt, Made in Japan C95". He stands 3 ½" tall and is in very good condition with no chips or repairs. There is a little wear to the paint from being handled over the years
