Antique blue & white porcelain mini pitcher. The face on this item is unknown, but my guess is Neptune. Likely made by Bennington Pottery & Porcelain. My book shows a lot of blue/white porcelain items in it, but I did not see this particular item. Could be very rare. This item is almost 4 inches tall and has no chips or cracks. And, it is porcelain; when you put a flashlight under it, the light shines through to the other side. Very similar to Parian Ware, except Parian is all white and has no coloring in it. 7/22scs
