This Dept 56 hand painted Blue Star Ice Company building is part of the New England lighted Christmas Village series dated 1993. It comes with separate boxed accessory item, Blue Star Ice Harvester figures.

The ice building is about 8-1/2 inches long by just over 6" high and in perfect condition with no soiling or damage. The box is a Styrofoam container and lid with cardboard sleeve, all in good condition with no issues. The light cord is missing from the box. The two ice harvester figures were mint in their original box until I took them out for the photos.
