This Dept 56 hand painted Bluebird Seed and Bulb house building is part of the New England lighted Christmas Village series from 1992. It's about 8 inches long by 5-1/2" high and in perfect condition with no soiling or damage - the house does not appear to have been used. The original light bulb cord is present, still in its original coil and wrapping. The box is a Styrofoam container and lid with cardboard sleeve. The cover has some light shelf or storage wear (no tears or splits).
