This is a very nice, clean, 6" capacity dial caliper marked "599-579-2" BROWN & SHARPE SHOCKPROOF SWISS MADE" on the dial face. Graduations are in .001. All graduation markings are in very good condition. This dial caliper has been tested and inspected, no wear found, very accurate on both inside and outside gauging surface, and mechanics. Movement is very smooth, very good dial lens. Very little sign of use. A nice precision caliper overall!
