Has a gift block that reads To Fannie From Papa and Mama 1876, but I cannot locate any publishing date.

Over all the gold gild pages are excellent. There is some fauxing to be expected with age on the pages. No tears found. Spine amazingly tight. The front cover has a few scuffs as seen in picture. You will be amazed, this has been well preserved in a home. No musty smells. The Engravings and script are breath taking.

No pen or pencil writing found in or on this book.

There is a section that has some ribbons and death pham-let of two decedents, relation to bible is unknown to me. Left as found. I do not believe the ribbons were with this bible originally.
