Website

The West Virginia Marble Collectors' Club (non-profit, Section 501(c)(3) ) was organized on March 30, 2003, and is dedicated to the collection of marbles, art glass orbs, education, and related documents and artifacts. The WVMCC promotes marbles and art glass orb collecting through club meetings, marble shows, website, newsletter and development of other educational resources. The WVMCC will encourage marble games and tournaments among children and will strive to have at least one event promoting marbles each year.

WVMCC holds regular monthly meetings, in Parkersburg, WV. We publish a newsletter for our members. We held our first marble show in October 2003. We are currently working on our 5th Annual Show to be held at the Grand Pointe Conference Center, Vienna, West Virginia on Saturday, May 19, 2007 (see upcoming shows for further details - also note, the deadline for room reservations is April 16, 2006, if you are staying at the hotel).

In addition to the shows, we are looking for ways to work with children (both locally and nationally) in an effort to get them interested in collecting marbles and participating in marble tournaments. If you have any suggestions, please contact one of our officers.
