Coiled Basket Tray American Indian 20 inch best guess Coiled Basket Tray American Indian 20 inch diameter round Best guess Indian, tribe unknown. Very unique. Pay attention to center design. The four symbols differ. They are not the same. I am almost certain this is a coiled Indian Basket, just not sure which tribe. If I am wrong, this definately is a very well made early coiled basket and a very large sized one. Indian baskets are not my special, but passing on as a great find. This size, 20 inch diameter, is harder to find in this over all excellent condition.

Condition. As you can see there are three areas of white around edge and a tiny piece loose on outer rim edge. The center has slight use wear as seen in pictures. Other then that. Beautiful! No surprises what you see is what you get. I included a close up picture showing the outer edge where the weaving stops. As you can see remains in excellent condition also.

This item will ship in a box size 24 X 20 X 24 inch and has a total boxed weight of 14 pounds. The box is heavy and packed very well to insure safe shipment.
