15348

Jeannette Iridescent Iris Herringbone 2 Footed Water Tumblers A pair of Mid Century iridescent marigold footed water tumblers in the Iris and Herringbone pattern by Jeannette Glass. They're just over 6 inches tall and although they're considered 8 ounce tumblers in the glass books, they actually hold 10 ounces to the rim.

As you can see, there is quite a difference in color intensity between the two glasses. It's not that one is worn or faded, it's just that the other has such a heavy application of color. Both tumblers are free of scratches, damage, and cloudiness. Price is for the pair. Photos show both sides.

16705

Schott Zwiesel Set 4 Lead Crystal Brandy Glasses Mint With Labels Set of four never used lead crystal brandy snifters, made in Germany by Cristallerie Zwiesel (now Schott-Zwiesel). They're in the Tango crystal stemware pattern, produced from 1983 to 1993. They hold 12 ounces to the rims and measure just over 5 inches high. The glasses are mint, most with original labels (one has glue remnants where the labels once were). I didn't want to risk losing the labels by washing them, so the pictures show some fingerprints and dust, but none have any damage or scratches at all. Price is for the set of four brandy glasses, with two sets available for a total of eight.

Click for more detail...

14294

Set 4 Crystal Water Goblets Flower Spray Cutting I haven't been able to determine the manufacturer of these lovely gray or wheel cut crystal goblets, but they date to the 1930s, possibly late 1920s. Huntington made this same shape and size with similar cuttings, but others did as well. They're 8 inches high by 3-1/2" diameter at the rims and hold 8 ounces. The graceful wheel cutting features a flower with leaf and bud sprays repeated front and back. In between are slanted flower, leaf and bud sprays with stems extending the bottom of the bowl. The decoration is more elaborate than most cuttings of this type and very attractive. The all-around arrangement made it hard to photograph. The four goblets are in crystal clear, excellent condition with no damage or scratches. White spots in the photos are from glare and reflections.
