I ordered international china stoneware pieces to replace and enhance my original set-- after 28 years with my original set, it needed some replacements. I received my order in good condition, except for one plate that cracked in shipping. I was sent a replacement immediately. So happy!! |

Highly Recommended - Wonderful Individualized Customer Service-
In today's online environment, one doesn't expect the kind of customer service I experienced with the store my purchase came from. When my first order was lost during shipping, I received first-rate individualized and prompt attention. I never had to wait for an email response minutes only and was able to communicate with the store in a conversational manner back and forth until an issue was resolved/decided on. I was very surprised! I haven't experienced this online before. I especially value this since I'm not very computer literate and get easily frustrated. I feel I received better customer service with this online store than I have when I'm actually physically shopping in a local store. They have set the standard for me. I'll judge all future online interactions against this one and will be surprised if anyone online or otherwisecan or will provide better customer service than I've received here. I highly recommend them to anyone! |

When my son was young, my dinnerware took a beating. I decided that since he is a fine young man now. It is time to get a new set. After looking and finding nothing I liked I decided to recomplete my existing corelle. I order the pieces on a Thursday night and was suprised when it showed up on tuesday morning.
