Salt & Pepper Shakers Silver Electroplate Columnar 1950 Tarnished, Very Elegant Salt & Peppers in Greek/Roman Style shaping with Herringbone Pattern up the sides and Carved Flower at the top sitting on 2 graduated pedestals. There is 1 hole for pepper, 3 holes for Salt.They have a good solid weight to them, though not TOO heavy. The metal is(suspected electroplated silver over copper) and the tarnishing cleans up with Silver Polish. Mason Jar H over A by Hazel Atlas Vintage Hazel Atlas Company 1902 - 1964, I don't know exactly where this one falls in that time frame except it was suspected 1930s-1940s.No Cap, slightly Cloudy. Looks like neck attached last, Mold Lines stop at rounded shoulders and are somewhat off exact sides. (observe in photos.) Only one side has upraised molded lettering. Jar is 7 inches high, There is a Gripper(like tiny pebbles)outline molded around edge of base.(looks like base was attached separately too), Interesting. Square bottom measures an uneven 3x3 inches.Bottom says 1-6, O in middle, and Hazel Atlas logo at other end. Queen Anne Mirror Vintage 1925 Queen Anne Mirror which on the rear is written PPG Co.Jan 1925. (PA Power & Gas??)Top mirror etching is Exquisite Basket of Flowers and is smooth to the touch so that means that there is a layer of plain glass over the top of the etching. The aged miror is very foggy and probably needs resilvering. The Plaster at the top needs reconstruction (I have the Pieces)and the whole needs Refinishing and restoration. Antique Green Etched Depression Glass Tray & Stemware What a Beautifully Designed Tray of Etched Roses and Leaves in a Green Depression glass color,including 4 Perfect Crystal Apertif stemware glasses. There is a 1/4 inch defect as shown in photo which looks like it may be a crack on tray, but does not feel rough or extend to the edge so I believe it is a factory defect. At any rate this tray (and the Crystal Stemware)is gorgeous and the camera,as much as I tried,just cannot do it Justice! The tray is very heavy,over 1 pound. I was unable to find research on who exactly made it, only an expert can give us a good guess, but I am sure it was a Quality firm. Railroad China PBNE 1 Boullion Cup & 2 Indivdual Teapots Although there are no Railroad Markings, this Antique Indian Queen Patterned China was used by the(PBNE)Philadelphia Bethlehem & New England Railroad at the Bethlehem PA Steel Plant. This Orange Flowers on Cream Pattern is more highly valued than the Orange Flowers on White Pattern. These are 2 VERY RARE Individual Serve Teapots and 1 VERY RARE Boullion Cup or as some say soup cup.All pieces are beautifully highly glazed
The rare Boullion Cup is perfect, without nicks or scratches. One of the Teapots has a
chip on the Top inside rim where the lid would sit. The lid Cap included fits both pots,and has a chip on the underside. The 2nd Individual Teapot has a chip at the top on the outside rim. This pattern was used for other Railroad Lines and even though the PBNE Railroad Logo was not put on this China which they used (PBNE was a small Railroad Line) it stands on its own as collectible antique china because the Syracuse China Company stopped making this pattern in 1962 and the Indian Queen Orange Flowers on Cream Pattern is very Desirable to Collectors. Anchor Atlas Clear Glass Fruit Jar Vintage 1930 This is an oldie also dug from that PA Farmstead Cellar. Just has an A on the bottom. Its either an Atlas or Anchor Jar.
