Seaport Village on San Diego Bay sports several restaurants, including the Harbor House, voted one of Californias Best by Southern California Restaurant Writers Association. Aside from their regular menu with great seafood selections, also included is the specific menu sheet for dinner from June 14th, 1983. Great Birthday or Anniversary gift. The menu is oversized at 15 1/2 x 9 1/2 and is in great condition. Slight corner bends and a notation on the back marking the ocassion. The menu inside has a message from the owners, Jim and Pinky Woviotis. The only deviation from choices from the sea are steak and a duck (and the desserts). Elegant looking over sized menu featuring an artist's rendition of the Holiday Inn at Carmel by the Sea California. Menu cover is heavy cardboard with original tassel, and inside pages are parchment. There are actually two menus here from the Bistro. The large one 8 1/2 x 11 is the wine list and the smaller insert 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 the food. Guess where their emphasis is? From the spots on the little menu, the diners took a tip from the host and got at least one bottle!.. Such a pretty menu with pastel images of gauchos, parrots, llamas and other South 0f the Border themes. The Mexican dishes, carne asada, flan kahlua, chuletas, all sound great, but there's one problem. Where the heck is this restaurante? If anyone knows you can let the rest of us in on it, or buy it for yourself and the secret is kept. This hefty menu surely reflects the "Trapper's Luncheon" selections from the FODDER HOUSE in Palmer Alaska. The menu has been decoupaged onto a slab of wood which is 17 1/2 x 10 1/4. On the rear has been stamped the name of the restaurant along with their logo...which I won't give away. It has also been autographed by the proprieter. The menu features a sketch of an eskimo hunter on it, but we can't quite make out the artist's name. Because of it's size and weight, this one will have to go Priority Mail
