T1880

Rebajes Copper Charger Great retro copper charger - made by Rebajes of New York City, circa 1940 - 1950. This huge piece measures 16" in diameter. The piece is enhanced by a classic leaf with curled stem, that mirrors the central triple circle on the charger. Pie crust crimped edges adorn the outside of the piece. The signature is just inside the edge on the front of the piece. The back has a built in hanger.

There is some light surface scratching, and one small area where the edge has been slightly bent. Although the piece in general does show wear - it displays beautifully. The patina is original and superb. Rebajes's pieces work well with Arts & Crafts Movement, Retro, and Deco styles.
