ANTIQUE VICTORIAN C CLASP RHINESTONE CIRCLE BROOCH

This is an antique rhinestone brooch or pin. It has a C clasp and looks like it might be made of pot metal but I"m not sure. The rhinestones are all very bright. They are either glass or paste. The brooch is 1-3/8 inches in diameter. It is in good condition but may need cleaning. Please...
