Coalport cobalt & white demitasse cup & saucer. Porcelain. England. c. 1920s-1940s. Charming little demitasse cup & saucer with a floral garland & ribbon pattern in cobalt on a white ground. Edges are lightly relief molded and are ruffled. Hand painted gilt edges, ring at cup foot & lining on the handle. There are 2 stray thin gilt brush marks under the glaze where the artisan’s hand slipped. CONDITION: Excellent (pings). |
